Learn and experience how to integrate fresh foods, nutrition, and a food systems perspective in your school! This training introduces participants to "The Whole Plate: A Return to Real Food", a curriculum developed by Jane Siemon in Viroqua, WI, the center of organic farming country. Participants will cook, harvest, preserve and discuss real food with Jane and other talented chefs and farmers. This training is accredited with the University of Wisconsin, so teachers can apply for continuing ed credit.
