Webinar: Actions to Address Hunger for Immigrant Kids

June 26, 2017 @ 2:00 pm - June 27, 2017 @ 11:00 am

This summer, low-income students from immigrant families face increased risk of going hungry. With schools letting out for the summer, many children will lose access to the nutritious meals that schools provide. In locations where summer meal programs are available, there is concern that immigrant families may be less likely to show up due to heightened immigration enforcement concerns.
